Dieynaba holds of a master’s degree in Geography, and higher studies diplomas in Territorial Planning and Development and in Production and Management of Geographic Information. Ms. Seck has 16 years of experience in the field of geographic information systems applied to natural resource management and local planning.

MS. Seck currently is project manager at the Dakar Ecological Monitoring Center and coordinates the implementation of various initiatives covering the integrated management of natural resources and marine and coastal ecosystems in Senegal and in the West African sub-region. Since 2017, she has been involved in supporting countries (Côte d’Ivoire and Benin) develop marine spatial planning processes.
