Britta is a freelance facilitator and coach. Being born and brought up close to the North Sea, she deeply cares about our planet and its ocean. Britta is a social anthropologist by training and holds several certificates in facilitation and organizational development. With her work she thrives to contribute to positive social change by supporting individuals in becoming their best selves and supporting teams and organization to improve their cooperation. She has been working in the global ocean community for more than ten years and has inspired many with her instantaneous drawings and her unique style of facilitation – encouraging security and deep serenity at the same time.

Britta has co-developed the Blue Planning in Practice Training, the Blue Leadership Journey, and supported the development of the Sustainable Blue Economy Training. She has trained many people on marine conservation related issues across continents and trained many of the Blue Solutions’ trainer team.

Britta loves to work with people in person – bringing out the best through collaborative thinking. She firmly believes that our full presence is the most invaluable gift we can offer to this planet and its ocean.
