3: Blue Leadership
The first step in our leadership journey took us to Namibia. The crew: 10 leaders working within the National Marine Spatial Planning Working Group and the Blue Economy Committee. The 3-day test-run was jointly organized by Blue Solutions and the MARISMA Project and was held in a hybrid meeting environment with participants from Namibia and Germany.
